Bon appartement mais un peu mal isolé du froid et du bruit

L'appartement est bien situé au pied des pistes et des commerces.L'accés y est facile par la route et par les pistes,de plus le local à ski est appréciable. Cependant, l'isolation au niveau des fenêtres est passable. On sent le froid rentrer dans l appartement. De plus l'isolation phonique n'est pas extraordinaire avec l'extérieur.(surtout la nuit!!bruit ++). Par ailleurs, le logement est bien équipé et le rapport qualité prix est correct.
